Tai Chi-Ki Gong Class
The Phoenix academy is now offering a Tai Chi -Ki Gong Class for those who like gentle exercise. Any person over the age of 55 yrs will receive the first class at no charge.
Tai Chi is a system of "Gentle Exercise" that emphasizes movement that are slow, effortless, and relaxed. The purpose of Tai Chi is to help the body return to a pattern of moving freely, calmly, and effortlessly.
The basic movement is comprised of slow, fluid, and weight-shifting motions designed to improve bone strength, leg strength, and balance.
